Anhui EVPS Successfully Passes the Third Round of Mobile Power Safety Assessment

Safety Comes First for Mobile Power

As the mobile power market continues to expand, product quality and safety have become key priorities across the industry.

The mandatory national standard Safety Technical Specification for Mobile Power Supplies, promoted by relevant authorities including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the Standardization Administration of China (SAC), has entered the approval process. Based on the draft submitted for approval, the MIIT Lithium-Ion Battery and Similar Products Standards Working Group has organized multiple rounds of preliminary safety assessments to evaluate products against the upcoming requirements.

Joining the High-Quality Supply Chain

In the recently announced results of the third round of mobile power safety assessments, a total of 18 products from 12 companies successfully passed the evaluation.

The ITR26/70-50E (R6) cylindrical cell, developed and manufactured by Anhui EVPS Power Battery Co., Ltd., successfully passed the assessment with its outstanding safety performance and technical specifications, becoming one of the recognized suppliers of high-quality battery cells for mobile power applications.

The successful assessment provides mobile power manufacturers with a technically validated and stable battery cell solution for product selection and development.

The EVPS ITR26/70-50E (R6) cylindrical cell evaluated in this assessment features a nominal voltage of 3.20 V and a capacity of 5.0 Ah.

The cell was designed to meet the comprehensive requirements of mobile power applications, including safety, cycle life, and energy density. Featuring high-performance materials and a robust structural design, the cell delivers excellent performance across multiple dimensions, including electrical safety, environmental adaptability, and system protection.
