1.Conduct research on industry technology trends in line with the company’s strategic plans and product positioning; independently develop or source BMS (Battery Management System) and related software, and oversee prototype development, testing, production support, and the preparation and archiving of technical documentation.
2.Drive BMS standardization and cost optimization, while coordinating with structural, process, and production teams to continuously improve and optimize product design.
3.Design electrical solutions and provide technical guidance for prototype development and mass production.
4.Analyze and resolve critical, large-scale, or urgent technical issues related to externally sourced BMS products.
5.Provide internal BMS training and support the preparation of High-Tech Enterprise applications, patents, and related technical documentation.
6.Perform other duties and assignments as required by management.
